About Avis and Gary Miller
Having been brought up in a house full of dogs as a teenager; my late father was a judge and breeder of bulldogs for many years, I decided to try my hand as a dog breeder. This was successful and I met many friends in the dog world. My dogs are now old and so I don’t show them any more.
I then moved on to cats. I had a Siamese whom I adopted and kept until he died and also a naughty Devon Rex. I then, bought a Blue girl India and loved her so much I decided to try and breed blues and went on the hunt for a blue male. My first port of call was the Supreme Cat Show, where I found a blue male I liked the look of. Through my research I first met my friend Yve, who has guided me into the world of cat showing.
She produced my first blue boy who turned out to be Miybabese Son of Zeus, who went on to win Champion status and a Supreme Grand CC. Sadly he was injured and died under anaesthetic - we were devastated, but life goes at least we know he died at the top. My blue girl then went on to be spayed but in the mean time I had acquired other cats. Having had a stud boy I had acquired females just for him and also some silver tabby girls.
